Described as “musicians deeply connected by shared instinct” with “an intoxicating blend of Romantic strength, authenticity, and passion” (Seen and Heard International), Trio Laval formed at the University of Michigan in 2024. In the 2025–2026 season, they have presented programs in Michigan, Massachusetts, Texas, New York, Minnesota, Missouri, Oregon, and Germany, and performed in the Masterclass Series at the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, and as emerging ensemble-in-residence with the Chamber Music Society of Fort Worth. Festivals include artist residencies at LyricaFest, Redfish Music Festival, Castleman Quartet Program, Texas Chamber Music Institute, and the Berlin Philharmonic-University Musical Society partnership.
