The Soha Quartet was formed in January 2024 at the Butler School of Music at the University of Texas at Austin and quickly went on to win first prize at the 2025 Music Teachers National Association Chamber Music Competition in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They were also named semi-finalists in the 2025 Plowman Chamber Music Competition. Currently coached by members of the Miró Quartet, the Soha Quartet has performed in masterclasses with Norman Fischer, Matt Zalkind, the Isidore String Quartet, ArcoStrum, and Annie Jacobs-Perkins.
