The Kreios Quartet was formed in the summer of 2025 by students brought together through a shared passion for chamber music at Hebron High School in Carrollton, Texas. Coached by Mark Smith, the ensemble values chamber music as a space for collaboration, trust, and collective musical growth, where each voice contributes to a unified artistic vision. The group is preparing to compete in the Houston Underground Saxophone Competition and the Fischoff Chamber Music Competition, with the goal of refining their ensemble identity and sharing their music at a high level.
