Private Instructor Student Questionnaire
In order for Workshop students to be placed more accurately in their small chamber ensembles and to help with music selection we need as much information as possible. Feedback from private instructors is a huge help in getting to know students, in addition to the placement auditions.
If the student is signing up to play 2 instruments (Young Artist Division only) at the Workshop then both private instructors need to fill out a questionnaire.
Private lesson instructors should fill out and submit the below form by Monday, May 19.
