Workshop Financial Aid

ACMC has limited financial aid assistance for the 2025 Workshop. Once families fill out the below form – DEADLINE IS APRIL 22 at 11:59 PM – they will be considered for financial assistance. Workshop registration closes on May 1 and no awards will be offered before that date. The amount of financial assistance we can offer depends on overall Workshop enrollment and the number of financial aid applications submitted.

There is no guarantee financial assistance will be awarded by filling out the below form, though we try our best to help out as many families as we can.

PLEASE READ BELOW CAREFULLY.

Families who request financial assistance will be contacted by Workshop staff, by Friday, May 9.
Families awarded financial assistance will then have until Wednesday, May 14 to confirm acceptance of the offered award and will be required to make a full or partial tuition payment at that time to secure their place within the Workshop. More details will be given in the email from Workshop staff. Students that are awarded financial assistance are required to attend ALL Workshop dates. No exceptions. ACMC reserves the right to discontinue financial aid for delinquent payments and/or not following Workshop policies and guidelines stated in the Handbook.

If your family is not offered financial assistance due to limited funds, or the full amount you applied for, we will do our best to work out a payment plan.

Deadline to submit an application is Monday, April 22 at 11:59 PM.
Families will be notified directly by Workshop staff after an application is submitted. Applications will not be accepted or considered after April 22. Families should not register online (deposit or full tuition) until after submitting an application and hearing back from Workshop staff with further instructions.

ALL students are required to do a placement audition, even those requesting financial aid. Please refer to the Workshop’s main page for more details.
