Maureen Cross
Director of Operations
Maureen began her professional career at the Austin Symphony Orchestra, where she served as the Assistant Director of Patron and Ticketing Services. After four successful years she went on to Boston, Massachusetts where she spent two years working to bring ticketing, operational, and personnel systems back online for the newly renovated Cutler Majestic Theatre. She then returned to Texas where she served as the Ticketing Services Manager at Ballet Austin for nearly three years. While there she improved customer service systems, increased online sales, and assisted on a variety of highly successful marketing and promotional campaigns.
Wanting to challenge herself, both personally and professionally, Maureen made the decision to leave Ballet Austin and return to school fulltime. She pursued and received her MBA with a concentration in Digital Media Management from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. She already holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Texas at Austin, where her main area of concentration was Theater Education. Maureen is both excited and honored to be
part of the Austin Chamber Music Center organization.
