Fall Semester: Sunday, August 24, 2008 (time to be arranged) Placement auditions for new and returning students (who did not participate in the 2008 spring academy or the 2008 summer workshop) will be arranged following receipt of registration. In keeping with the teaching philosophy of ACMC, these auditions are for placement only. Students at all playing levels participate in the academy and the auditions allow faculty to get to know new and returning students so that the students can be placed in appropriate groups. Be prepared to perform excerpts from two contrasting pieces that you have mastered. |
